You have the right to return the products you purchased, without incurring any penalties and without being required to disclose the reason for the return, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.

In this case, you are responsible only for the direct return shipping costs.

Please note that returns are only accepted if the following conditions are met:

  1. You contact our Customer Service Department 211 850 0125.
  2. The product has not been worn, apart from the initial trial.
  3. The special SAVVIDIS S.A. tag and the product tags have not been removed or damaged in any way.
  4. No parts have been removed from the jewelry, and no modifications of any kind have been made.
  5. All accompanying items (e.g., box, warranty, user manuals, and purchase receipt) are returned intact, as they are considered part of the product.
  6. If the product was accompanied by a gift, the gift must also be returned.
  7. The package must be sent via a courier service and not through the postal service.

Important: Please ensure the return package is securely packed to prevent any damage during transportation.

SAVVIDIS S.A. is not responsible for any loss or damage of the product during the return shipment.

Upon receipt of the returned products, your refund will be processed within fourteen (14) days.

 

SAVVIDIS S.A. is not responsible for any damage or defects that occur after product use, and under no circumstances is it obligated to provide a replacement.

For product replacements and repairs, only the official brand distributor is authorized and responsible.

 

To assist our customers, we facilitate the shipping and retrieval of products for repairs to and from the respective brand distributor. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
