HOME DELIVERY
FREE shipping for orders over €69 via ACS Courier on business days in all cities across Greece.
For orders up to €69, there is a €4.00 shipping fee via ACS Courier on business days in all cities across Greece.
Cash on Delivery (COD) – FREE for orders over €69. For orders up to €69, there is a €3.00 fee via ACS Courier on business days in all cities across Greece.
Orders are shipped with ACS Courier.
Once your order has been shipped or is available for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email including the tracking number.
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. In cases where product availability differs (as stated on the product page), you will be informed of the exact delivery date. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order.

For distances exceeding 20 km from cities with a courier hub and for certain remote islands, additional delivery delays may occur.
PICKUP FROM OUR STORES
To pick up your order from one of our stores, select your preferred store as the shipping method at checkout.
You will receive a text message once your order is ready for pickup.

For orders up to €69, there is a €2.00 fee.
How does it work?
Choose BOX NOW as your delivery method at checkout.
Select your preferred BOX NOW Locker from the map.
Once your package is delivered to the locker, you will receive a message with a PIN code to open the locker or use the BOX NOW app.
Additional Information:
Your package will remain in the locker for up to 48 hours. You can extend the pickup time for an additional 24 hours via this website or by calling 2111005301.
CYPRUS
Orders to Cyprus are shipped via Kronos Express Courier.
For orders up to €249.99, the shipping fee is €8.
For orders from €250, shipping is FREE.
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, with delivery expected within 2-3 business days from the shipping date. In cases where product availability differs (as indicated on the product page), you will be informed of the exact delivery date. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order.

For distances exceeding 20 km from cities with a courier hub, additional delivery delays may occur.
EUROPE (EU)
Orders to European Union countries are shipped via DHL and EMS Courier.
For orders up to €98.99, the shipping fee is €9.
For orders from €99, shipping is FREE.
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, with delivery expected within 1-2 business days from the shipping date in most countries. In cases where product availability differs (as stated on the product page), you will be informed of the exact delivery date. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order.

Important Notes:
- Once your order has left our facility, the delivery address cannot be changed.
- A signature is required upon delivery.
- If the courier is unable to locate you at the provided address, they will leave a notification slip with instructions to reschedule delivery.
- Orders within Greece are delivered between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, depending on the delivery area.
